Keeping in the Day

Haven't put in a blog entry for over a week- going to try and get back to this wasplaying a big part in my weight loss journey. Overshot my calorie range of couple of times in the past few weeks-not too badly but paid the price anyways. When I eat at night, boy I sleep terribly. I was up all my tossing and turning-the dreams were actually quite annoying. I'm often surprised at how doing something that makes me feel so poorly comes so naturally to me.
They did yesterday. Still losing a little bit of weight here and there. Need to get back to one day at a time.
Please help me to eat properly just for today. Give me the strength to keep away from unneeded food for today - so that I might live the most healthy and productive physical life possible while in your service.
