Remember it's a daily battle

This week hasn't been a good week eating wise and I haven't been tracking food the way I should. But, it's a daily battle and I can't let one day get me down! Tonight I'm going to a friends to play cards so I'm bringing fresh cut veggies so that way I know something I can eat will be there. By thinking in advance, I am avoiding another night of falling off the wagon. I also need to remember to wake up and say my prayers in the morning and include the lifting of the obsessive food thoughts. One day at a time.

    It is a daily battle, but one worth all the effort we put into it! I've been maintaining a large weight loss for ten years and I can say it never gets any easier for me. I just try to do the best I can daily. If I slip up I just workout a little extra the next day. Keep determined to just do the best you can. Best wishes on reaching your weight loss goals.     every day is a new day is right ... take it slow and stready and you will get into the habit of things and thus with time you will see improvement and in future time you will wonder what you ever did in the past and why you did it to start with.
