1st Week!

Ok, so I actually made it the whole week & I feel pretty good!

I lost 2 pounds this week (fairly easily I might add). So glad to finally see the scale moving in the right direction. It helps a lot that I can go walking a couple evenings a week with a friend of mine at our local school. I don't like the cold, so it takes a little more effort to get me outside during the winter (which in MN can be 6 months of the year).

What I am most proud of is I went outside with my kids for an hour on Sunday & 2 hours today. They are the reason I want to get healthy & lose some weight in the first place, so to be able to include them in my journey is perfect.

For next week I'm going to work on eating more of my calories earlier in the day. I did eat something for breakfast every day this week, but I really to make it more of a meal, not just a healthy snack.

    Great job! I have the same problem with not eating enough earlier. A couple times at night I would be pretty far behind, so good luck!
