Happy and Healthy Friday

Friday, February 05, 2010

Today I'm contemplating whether I should submit my story to Oprah, Dr. Phil the joyluck club, or some place to let the world know of my success..
Does that sound crazy or what, I was thinking maybe if I did it would make it more real, make me more accountable...make it sink in to my brain.....
Has any one done this or know of someone who did... I wonder how personal they get....
how much time it takes....
any insight would be appreciated
Do you think I'm nuts.....have I lost my mind......do I want more attention...am I just crazy

I think that's an awesome idea and it would be so inspirational to others. Go for it. I agree with sockittome, Sparkguy would be a great place to start and with his clout, he could put you onto other ideas also.

Hey, Kitt -- I just had another idea. Contact SparkGuy! He has just made some rounds while promoting his book, and he might have ideas for you as well.

DO IT! Write to every one of them and share your complete story. Let them tell people it CAN BE DONE and done in a HEALTHY WAY!

I think you should find out more about it, you are a wonderful role model and I know others will benefit from your story.

I would also try Dr. Oz's show

When I lost 165 pounds 10 years ago, I was in the premier issue of O magazine. I also was on the cover of Woman's World was also in First for Women. I also was interviewed by a few local newspapers and local news.

My advice would be too make sure it's your truth not what they want you to say.

I think it's a great idea!!You feel great and you wanna share your success. I think that's great!!

    Good Luck
    Carol

If you did it on Oprah, she would probably have Ruby come out and surprise you. I think you should go for it.

RENA1965 has been on the cover of a magazine for the weight she lost. Maybe chat to her for all the inside stuff. It would be exciting to be interviewed about such an incredible weight loss. Even if you don't end up being interviewed......don't sell yourself short. What you did IS INCREDIBLE.
