Still here, but feeling drained

Had a couple of "not so good" days, but I braved up and tracked, and I really only overshot my cals to a large extent on one day. So, that's positive. I've exercised more this week (due to lunch walks with Leslie Sansone), so that's good.

Why does having one bad day make me feel bad? Why am I so scared of doing something "wrong?" I'm not "on a diet." I'm making changes. I should feel good for holding myself accountable, but I feel bad for "eating too much."

Sigh.

    I think we are all afraid to fail. If you were on a "diet" then you would be able to say you "failed". But since you're just changing your eating pattern, you can't fail because there are no foods that are off limits. You just have to be accountable to yourself for what and how much you eat. This is a learning process, so take the lesson you learned about over eating and apply it the next time you're tempted to over eat. emoticon

    ----do that chat talk w/yourself---- a body is not built in one day...and neither are you...Stop that "calling the black dog to yourself"---change- the mindset for yourself...Look at how well you are doing for your self...make a list:
