Still here, but feeling drained

Had a couple of "not so good" days, but I braved up and tracked, and I really only overshot my cals to a large extent on one day. So, that's positive. I've exercised more this week (due to lunch walks with Leslie Sansone), so that's good.
Why does having one bad day make me feel bad? Why am I so scared of doing something "wrong?" I'm not "on a diet." I'm making changes. I should feel good for holding myself accountable, but I feel bad for "eating too much."
