help with meal plan

OK I am finally giving up on figuring this out on my own..I need help please! I accidentally stumbled on more meal plan options the other day. I thought I just needed to click on Meal Plans to get to it but that isn't working. The reason I didn't go with the meal plans in the first place was because I'm a picky eater and didn't like most of the foods listed...then I found that there were more food plan options and for the life of me I just can't find out how to get back. My eating has not been very good the last couple of days because it's time for the grocery. I want to look at a meal plan first so I know what to buy other than fruit.
Can anyone direct me to this????

    If you go on Youtube, Sparkpeople has a channel that has a listing of their videos and the one will tell you how to use the trackers. They probably have the same videos here but I wasn't looking for it. Plus for whatever reason the player on sparkpeople isn't working for me. emoticon

    I'm completely new to this too... and I did the same as you, turned off the menu plans right away. I'm not 100% sure if this is what you are asking, but if I go to the MyNutrition tab there is a button right beside the one I usually click to add individual foods to my nutrition counter. The button to the right says Show Meal Plans. Once I have clicked that, then just to the right of each meal for the day, there is another button to click for changing that individual meal plan.

    Once I have changed the menu plans for that day, I can also set the menus for the rest of my week. by clicking the arrow by the day at the top. Once the weekly menu is set, by scrolling to the bottom I can see a button to click for Grocery List for the week. Hope this helps ! (And if I totally missed the point of the question you were asking... WHOOPS ! hehe)
