February marked a new challenge for our Lose 1 Pound/ Inch in a Week group. We are challenged to exercise every day for 30 minutes! I can do this. My challenge will be ofcourse, on the weekends. Saturday I can hit my treadmill when I get up. Sunday, I guess I will plan to get up 35minutes earlier to exercise. It can be done if I want it. I forsee the only real big challenge to come when our company gets here from Minnesota. My friend likes to get up early and have breakfast and then go shopping or siteseeing. I guess I will have to get up even earlier than ever to get breakfast ready and my exercise in. Or, I could get her up early, make a yogurt smoothy for both of us and drive us to the beach for a 4 mile walk. That might be the winner. I will write later about other options that come to me. Anyway, exercise is definitely going to be done EVERYDAY. emoticon
