Week One - Fast Break

Well, we are half way through our week one - fast break which is going really good because I set myself up for it in Januray. Just started taking better care of myself all the way around. From brushing my teeth better, to moisturiising my skin. From doing cardio at least 30 minutes a day to doing strenght excercises while I am in the bathroom. And by buying and cooking healthy meals. I feel awsome! But I am trying to get sick - must foscus so I do not loose my drive. Good luck to everybody else!!
