I have been tracking my foods for the last two weeks. Let me tell you, it has been hard to eat less calories than I am used to. I go to bed hungry almost everynight. I just keep telling myself that this is for my own good and that when I wake up I will be lighter than the day before. It has been working great and I have lost 2 lbs this week!! My goal was just one lb a week but by tracking my food, working out 5 days a week for about an hour each time and doing more around the house, it is coming all together and it is working!! I have tried the no carb diet but I could not stick with it longer than 2 weeks. I still watch my sweets but I love to eat the little dark M&M's. I keep a bowl of them out of reach of the kiddos just for me to grab a few every now and then. It really helps to have that little bit of sweetness. It is a reward for me being so good every day. We all need a little sweetness. Thanks sparkpeople for helping me along my way!!
