H1N1 sucks!

Wednesday, February 03, 2010

Oh goodness. Been fighting H1N1 since last Wed. I didn't have too much drama but man, my knees, hips and ankles were hit hard. I could barely walk a few days. Also my fever was up to 104.7 at one time. today the highest was 99.1 but mostly it's in the 98s. Yay. Knees still hurt but they are better. Still, they feel like they did the year I ran a half marathon without really having time to train for it. LOL Hoping to ease back into the exercise routine by the end of the week.

The annoying thing is that I ate so much white toast and crackers that I only lost 2 pounds!!! Shouldn't I get a better "return" on that.

Thanks everyone. I'm still really tired off and on and have a little joint pain but it's much better. Got me out of shoveling snow today tho so it can't be all bad, right? Right now I'm just looking forward to 2 weeks from now when we leave for SC. It has to be warmer than 26 there.

Oh my! I hope you get well sooner than I did. It took almost a month before I recovered completely.

    Take care of yourself!
