I am still stuck in 170ville! I am going to go back to tracking all my food on SP instead of just doing it in my head. My new short term goal is to be at 165 by March 1st.
I don't think I have mentioned this here, but I am currently taking chemistry because I am planning on pursuing my masters degree in public health nutrition. I just have to take a few chemistry courses to meet the prerequisites. Losing weight was a big influence on me because that is when I started learning more about nutrition and realized there is so much I didn't know. Since then, I've read everything I can about nutrition and food issues and have decided that is what I want to do as a career. I was kind of nervous since I didn't take any science classes as an undergrad, but so far I'm really liking it!

for lunch today and it was so good I ate the leftovers for dinner! I definitley recommend it. I calcualted the nutrition info on sparkrecipes.com and it only has about 300 calories per serving. Definitely give it a try!
