Had a good workout yesterday, but am paying for it today. My quads and butt are where I feel it the most. I went to the indoor track after work today to loosen up a bit. Logged 2 miles, plus stairs. Feeling energized!

    Good for you! I'm learning to like the sore that comes after a good workout. And isn't it great to feel more energized even though you have used a lot of energy in your workout?
