Feeling Better Already!

I lost 5 lbs in a week in a half! The excerise with walking and drinking a lot of water is making me feel better with more energy. This is a big break thru for me! I went from watching tv, late night gaming and not doing a physical thing except a lil at work. Now no more gaming, watch a lil tv and enjoy the walks with my wife. She has helped me a lot in this change for the better. It has helped us get closer with the more time we spend together and encouragement we share with the healthy life style mentality. Spark People website and watching the eating and excerise habits has helped with this process!
