i am feeling joyful. i have no idea though how you ladies can do full on workouts!! i worked out often before this diet and just taking the dogs for a walk is enough exercise for me! my body does not want to move around!! i had a great day..finished it off with the orange julius recipe (located in the p2 recipes thread) and YUMMYYYYYYY! yumm yum. i also enjoyed my walden farms bbq sauce with my chicken tonight. what i enjoyed most was the 5 pound loss i woke up to this morning!! go hcg!!!!!!
