+/- damn pretzel salad

+ 65 min of cardio
+ no pre-bedtime snacking
+ drank more water...almost to 8!

- ate the pretzel salad at work (used the excuse that it is SO GOOD and I haven't eaten it in almost 2 yrs so "better eat it while I have the chance")
- ate dark choc w blueberries bar for afternoon snack (used the excuse of PMS)
- did not PUSH myself at the gym (used the excuse that I was feeling yucky from TOM)
- did not eat enough fruit/veg

I do not feel good about these choices...why do I keep making "excuses"?

    you will get there. Your cardio and water is looking great! I feel water is especially important during TOM, it really does help with the bloating and the cravings, just keep chugging it down!

    I know how you feel. I keep doing the same thing, then have to sit ack & ask myself why! Then I remember that tomorrow is another day & that I will try again.
