Tuesday...where to start?

Ok Friday I lost 2.2lbs so I am happy about that. I have not worked out any since Friday b/c I have been sick and really hadn't had any energy to do anything but sleep and lay around. My hubby told me tomorrow he is taking me to the doctor, but lets hope he doesn't b/c I think I am getting a little better already. I got on the site today to track what I ate and drank for today b/c the rest of the week there hasn't really been anything to it.

Also I am still fighting the smoking. My hubby has won the fight, but I have not. I finished a pack about five hours ago so lets hope that I can win this time too.

I know I have to go get my butt into gear. It looks like his gastric bypass surgery maybe sometime in March. I am so scared for him, but I know it is in God's hands.

As soon as I am over what ever it is I have I will be working out again. So, how is everyone else doing?

    I hope you win the fight against smoking. Maybe now that your hubby has this under control you can do this. First, to help him stay the course and then for your health. Your hubby will be in our prayers for his operation. Trust your doctor, Dear Lord, Help us through this time, Keep us strong and focused.     When my migraine is really bad, I can get injections from my doctor and those always make me feel at least a bit better, so maybe your husband has the right idea. Hope you get to feeling better soon.

    Sorry you have been sick, but take care and maybe hubby is right about the Dr. You are lucky he cares that much. Hang in there, and know we are all here for you.
