I just ordered The Spark!

Tuesday, February 02, 2010

I finally did it. After reading all the blogs and message boards about how sooo many sparkpeople are LOVING the book, The Spark, I finally had to order my own copy. I should have it by the end of the week and am so excited. The reviews all over the internet are so positive that I feel that I can't lose. I'm really looking forward to delving into it.

In the meantime, I am a reader at heart, and I've been needing to start reading something. Once again, I'm about to start re-reading the Twilight series. I just cannot help myself. Watched Twilight again on Sunday night, and it just made me want to read it all over again. I know, I'm crazy, but so be it. Now I just need to get either a treadmill or exercise bike, and I'll be all set. I can read and get my cardio in all at the same time. :)

Did the 20 minute spark resistance band work out again tonight. Doesn't burn a whole lot, but since I didn't have any cardio scheduled for today, it worked as just a bonus. It also has some good exercises that really work well on my ankle. Everyday it's getting better and better. The swelling has come down considerably, but I'm still taking it easy on it.

Went out to dinner tonight. Went out for pizza. It was alright. I went a little higher on the calories tonight, but I was still in my range. Just more upper than I liked. Hence why I did the cardio tonight. I'll probably walk a bit tonight too. Every little bit helps. I am determined to meet my goals this week!
