No weight loss. Bummer.

I am EXACTLY the same, down to the ounce, as on 1/17 (the last time I weighed). It is TOM, so I'm hoping I'll lose my normal 2 lbs. of water weight and see a nice number on the scale later this week.

I know, I know. It's not about the scale. My habits are SO much better over the last couple of weeks, my food has been healthy, I've increased my exercise, my pants are looser, etc., etc.

Still, would be nice to see on the scale. I'm going to measure so I don't get demotivated like this again.

    Speaking of crunchy crackers (bland, crunchy carbs are my thing, too--I could eat Stacy's Pita Chips for every meal), so you like the Wasa crackers? I'm finding those to be pretty good to get the crunchy out of my system.

    Thanks for your note on my blog. Tough week for us both, huh? I should take measurements, I keep meaning to, but haven't. I think I am actually afraid to! I know what you mean about your habits, I am eating so many more fruits and veggies than before. My "go to" snacks used to always be carbs and I still crave crunchy crackers pretty often (love that salty crunchy thing!), but its hard to stay with it when the scale feedback is a downer.

    If you hang in, I will too!

    Don't get too discouraged. And the measuring should help. I know that loosing just a couple of pounds made my hips shrink 3 inches. That surprised and thrilled me, I guess all of my weight came from there! Keep up the good work. Really getting healthy is also a great goal.
