No weight loss. Bummer.

I am EXACTLY the same, down to the ounce, as on 1/17 (the last time I weighed). It is TOM, so I'm hoping I'll lose my normal 2 lbs. of water weight and see a nice number on the scale later this week.
I know, I know. It's not about the scale. My habits are SO much better over the last couple of weeks, my food has been healthy, I've increased my exercise, my pants are looser, etc., etc.
Still, would be nice to see on the scale. I'm going to measure so I don't get demotivated like this again.
