I managed to eat within the limits of everything on my nutritional tracker (on 2/1/10)! Now I have proven that I can do it. And if I don't eat Chinese food every day, I will have better choices (since there's SO MUCH sodium in the Shrimp Fried Rice I had). Yay! Now, to really buckle down on the food...
