February Goals

1. Track my food everyday
2, Exercise at least 15 min every day
3. Get my house spring cleaned 1 room at a time. (I don't want to wait until Spring because when Spring comes, I want to be able to go out and enjoy the good weather!)
4. Follow the 28 day program in The Spark.

    Great goals and very similiar to mine. I need to get going on my house. It really took a back seat to my exercise last month.
