Are you going to approve my vacation for Feb 12th and 13th? lol

The first thing I thought of when you said jump rope was "OUCH!" I have a weighted one and it hurts the "twins" haha... Had to steal your word.

I'm really glad you came up with this challenge everyone seems to be a lot more involved and into it. I was talking to Crystal about it last night. She has surprised me. Normally she will make up any excuse not to do what she needs to during the week, even if it's something silly. Since this challenge has went in affect, she has been on it 200% and I'm proud of her.

We have a pro commercial elliptical with Julian Michaels workouts that are programmed into it and she couldn't get past 5 mins before. She did it for 30 mins straight Sunday and Monday night!!! It is definitely what she needed and she told me last night that she didn't understand the whole team thing and why I loved it so much until now. She's just freaking out because Kat doesnt' have internet and so it's hard for them to keep in touch.

I'm hoping my back stops hurting soon because I want to change things up a little bit with Lily because we have been doing the personal challenges for a while now because we needed the extra push. The competing thing is new though so it adds in a little extra incentive =)

    Great VLOG!!!
