My Mini Goals

I'm posting this for myself - I will reward myself with something small .. like a new exercise video or fitness tool when I meet each goal.

Mini Goals:
299 (OUT OF 300s!)
265 (Dad and I made a deal when I lost 75lbs, he would try to quit smoking)
240 (100 LBS GONE!)
217 (1 lb less than my smallest weight when I lost weight once before)
199 (Finally in ONEderland!)
179 (No longer considered OBESE, only over-weight)
148 (considered NORMAL)
140 (The ULTIMATE Goal - 200 LBS GONE)
