February 1- Weigh In Week 1

When I first started back on Spark People (Jan. 18), I was 226.
Since I determined that Monday would be my official weigh-in day, I got on the scale this morning to see 223. So I have lost a total of 3 pounds over the past two weeks. I was hoping for another pound to be gone, but I will take what I can get. Besides, healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. So, I figure I'm doing pretty good so far!
Let's see how much more weight I can lose this month!
