Time to start some Streaks!

I don't know if it's the weather, stress, or what, but I need to get it in gear (and stay there!). Three of my bigger recent issues have been getting even less sleep (never got too much anyway), not weighing regularly, and drinking less water. Weighing and drinking water aren't typically issues for me, but for some reason they are been lately.

Today's goal is to get at least 64 ounces of plain water (not coffee, etc. even though my weight loss/maintenance class teacher says it counts). I also plan to go to bed at 9pm so I can have the opportunity to get 7 hours of sleep. Hopefully my brain will shut off and actually allow me to sleep. ;-) I already weighed in this morning, and plan to keep doing that each morning. I know, there are varying schools of thought on how often to weigh in, but for me, daily works. It keeps me accountable and I notice my shifts...those that I brought on, and I'm more in touch with my body by knowing its schedule/water weight, etc.

So that is the plan for day 1...we'll work on keeping it going for day 2 tomorrow. :) Have a great day!
