Here we go again

Last year I was here and taking off the weight! Unfortunately I slipped back into an unhealthy lifestyle of smoking, sitting on my butt, and eating fast food. I gained back 20 lbs. While this site was an introduction into my own self awareness and helped with my self confidence and proving selfworth to ME, I'm back and would like to around 14 pounds. Before I concluded that I wanted to be at 120 lbs, I got down to 128 lbs and everyone constantly pointed out how skinny I was. Although they were complimenting me and they were all well meaning, I felt uncomfortable about all the attention that was drawn to my being skinny. Still I would love to learn to run. That was one goal I never achieved at my last go of this site. I would like my weight to be at 130 lbs. I would like to find more hobbies than chilling with friends (as much as I adore my friends and love hanging with them). So I'm back to my first fast break because even though I've done this before I'm starting over. Nothing wrong with that. My first goal is to log all of my food intake. ALL! This I remember being a huge help and started finding myself lazy. I can be responsible though, so I can log all of my food. Second, writing in a journal daily. This helps relieve my mental stress day to day and keeps it from building on me. Third, I'll start with my 10 minutes of daily cardio for two weeks like the site recommends. Here are my weight loss goals, which I will update/change weekly:

February 1: 144 lbs
February 8: 142 lbs
February 15: 140 lbs
February 22: 138 lbs
March 1: 136 lbs
March 8: 134 lbs
March 15: 132 lbs
March 22: 130 lbs

Woooo!!! Go team Megan!
