End of bootcamp results...

Today was the end of bootcamp and the day I would pull out the measuring tape. I have been looking forward to this day all week. I sort of bounced out of bed this morning and headed straight for the drawer. I've lost an inch from my arms and my thighs and 2.5 inches from my waist! RESULT! I've also lost a total of 12 pounds. It has been a huge success and I have really enjoyed the journey. I'm looking forward to beginning the February Healthy Heart challenge tomorrow and I'm also going to do the 28 day Spark challenge.
My goals for the next month are to:
Get 7-8 hours sleep each night.
Be active on the boards each day.
Track my food 3x each week to make sure I'm getting enough of what I need.
I'd also like to lose another 6-8 pounds.
