Scale Revelations

I realized why I have been discouraged about the scale lately. I started back with eating right and working out two weeks ago. I guess I expected pounds to just fall off, but it doesn't work like that. I also need to focus on how my clothes are fitting and how much harder I can work out compared to two weeks ago! So, starting tomorrow. I am going to weigh ONCE a week. Monday will be my weigh in day and I will not step on the scale unless it is a Monday. It will be rough. But I can do it!

    I made the same decision last week so tomorrow's my first weigh-in for a week. I couldn't take the stress of having my good mood depend on what that scale said every day. I'm hoping thins will be saner and more productive for both of us this way. Good luck
