I realized why I have been discouraged about the scale lately. I started back with eating right and working out two weeks ago. I guess I expected pounds to just fall off, but it doesn't work like that. I also need to focus on how my clothes are fitting and how much harder I can work out compared to two weeks ago! So, starting tomorrow. I am going to weigh ONCE a week. Monday will be my weigh in day and I will not step on the scale unless it is a Monday. It will be rough. But I can do it!
