Looking Forward To Week 1 Of The Spark 28 Day Challenge.

Long Term Goals:

Lose 30 Pounds

Remain Smoke Free for LIFE! ( I quit on January 25th and it's the HARDEST thing I've ever done!)

Week One Fast Break Goals:

Nutritional:

Eat 2 fruits or veggies each day.

No regular sodas what so ever.

Fitness:

No Smoking EVER.

Move my body at least 10 minutes a day.

Motivational:

Post a message to Sparkpeople message boards at least once a day.

Read an inspirational quote every day.

    I stopped smoking a year ago now and although I signed up I have not done very well with not eating. Who is kidding who, I need to lose 30 pounds, but I am have not smoked. Giving up bacon cheeseburgers seems now that it would but much harder than not smoking. So, please hang in there and you will do well.
