Plugging away...

Well, I lost about 5 lbs in January, not much but better than gaining. I still have another 5 to lose to get back to where I was last February. Frustrating. I thank everyone who sends me messages and posts with support. It really helps a lot.

    Hi, I just read this blog post and was so excited for your weight loss.

    I have set a goal that I am going to work hard at losing at least 1 pound a week. If I lose more than that, then great, but, I am determined to lose 1's a safe way, and I have a better chance of keeping it off if I lose it slowly.

    You beat me for January! LOL

    Congratulations on the wonderful very proud of yourself!

    emoticon it is possible,just remember it is a life long journey. Take it one day at a time, one step at a time and eventually you will get there. emoticon
