Bootcamp - the final report!

The Spark Your Body Bootcamp wrapped up yesterday and I feel proud that I managed to stick with it. I have never exercised so much -or so consistently- ever before.
My most valuable Bootcamp accomplishment is the realization that YES, I really can be ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE! You know, the ones who exercise all the time, and have great endurance and they actually have a smile on their face when they're exercising!
During the first week of the 28 day program, I felt like the thirty minutes of cardio five days a week might just kill me. The first twenty minutes were alright, but I had to slow down quite a bit during the last ten. By the second week I felt like it was entirely doable, and by the third week I was able to keep going at full pace right up until it was time to cool down. I even added an extra ten minutes to my workout a couple of times!
Here is my overall progress report for Bootcamp:
Weight lost: 6 pounds
Inches lost: 1 from my waist, 1 from my hips, 1 from my chest, 1 from my thigh, 0.5 from my calf and 2 from the area just above my waist.
Size: I am now wearing Size 12 jeans instead of the Size 14's that I started off with!
My "jiggle factor" has reduced significantly. My arms and thighs are much more toned than they were at the beginning of the month. I wish there was some way to measure this!
Stay tuned for my after photos. I'm waiting until there's no one around so I don't have to explain why I am taking pictures of myself in my bathing suit!
