Going to the gym

I have been going to the gym now 3-5 times a week for almost 6 weeks. I haven't seen much change yet but anticipate a big reward soon. I did notice the other day (when I ran out of gas) that walking over 1.5 to the station with a gas can was much easier than it was the last time I ran out. emoticon
I just signed up with a trainer! What was I thinking? emoticon Oh well. But she suggested that I increase the reps in my sets from 10 to 15. I really notice those last few. emoticon

    Great job on the consistent exercise! A trainer might be just what you need to develop the best program for you. I am looking forward to the time when I can join a gym. Right now money is tight and the closest gym is a 30 minute drive from home. Great job on all your success so far! I ordered the Spark on 1/22/2010 from and it still has not arrived. If it does not come tomorrow they will refund my money and I will go to Barnes & Noble to get my copy. Have a great evening!
