Going to the gym

I have been going to the gym now 3-5 times a week for almost 6 weeks. I haven't seen much change yet but anticipate a big reward soon. I did notice the other day (when I ran out of gas) that walking over 1.5 to the station with a gas can was much easier than it was the last time I ran out.
I just signed up with a trainer! What was I thinking?
Oh well. But she suggested that I increase the reps in my sets from 10 to 15. I really notice those last few.
