Looking back--January

My goals on January 1st:

--walk every day
--track and blog all food & exercise
--Biggest Loser Wii for one month
--EA Sports Active (More) 6-week Challenge
--meet daily calorie burn requirements
--quit smoking (again)

How I did:
--walked 21 days
--tracked food & fitness every day in January; met calorie goal 18 days
--finished most workouts for the SP Bootcamp challenge
--active participant on BL12 challenge, didn't do as well for the QuickFire Challenge
--finished the BL Wii Challenge and have 2 more weeks on EA Sports
--SMOKE-FREE for 1 month

February goals:

--walk daily and increase mileage
--track food & fitness daily; more days on target
--BL12 & Healthy Heart challenges on SP and continue EA Sports Active challenge
--QuickFire challenge daily
--Zumba 3 times a week
--Yoga classes
--no smoking
