Oops I did it again... (The non-Britney Spears version)

Well, I was walking to my mailbox yesterday hoping to find my hubby's w-2 so we could file our taxes, when what happens but my ankle does the exact same thing it did last Saturday when I sprained it. What the heck?! I had forgotten that this is the same ankle that I sprained a few years back, and figure that since I've been working out, I've probably been putting more stress on it than I had been with all of my exercising and trying to get my steps in, etc. Now I'm back to limping a bit, but am now going to use this time to really strengthen my ankle. There are exercises that I can do to help get it back to normal, and I also bought an ankle support.
I'm also excited that I've been asked to help lead a team. It's We WILL lose 50 pounds. It's one that had been abandoned by it's leader, and I've made a great new spark friend. This week has been a success as a whole. I've just ended 3 weeks, and I'm down 5.5 pounds. Hard to complain about that. I have more energy than I have had in years. Water has quickly become a habit for me, and if there is a day where I'm not drinking it, I just don't feel right.
I am kicking myself for selling my wii over a year ago. Think I'm going to have to buy me a new one so I can get all the cool exercise games for it. I'm sure my daughter won't complain, because she was upset when I got rid of it. (We bought a ps3 instead since we barely used the wii.)
Yesterday I bought a resistance band to do with the Warrior Fit workouts that I've started doing. I love it. I'm so used to doing things with dumbells that I had no idea how versatile that thing can bed. A definite cheap must-have.
All in all, it's been a winning week. Here's to more pounds gone this week!
