Yesterday is the first day since I've been back with SP that I did not meet my fitness goals, NOR did I get my 10 glasses of half, although I went to bed before adding another glass of water to my tracker :(

What a bugger. Working 9 hours today so maybe I won't be as tired when I get home tonight and I'll be able to get in some of the challenges and my cardio.

Time for breakfast...and to let Nezzie out for a bit. She hates being caged all day.
