Yay I did it I went to the gym everyday this week!
I'm happy that I have found this energy to get me going.
I'm very surprised with myself I thought I would have given up by now.
things are going ok I don't think I will have a cheat day I don't think im ready for that yet.
I had a 6 inch tuna sub I felt bad for eating it because I know its high in calories but I didnt go over my cals or anything else today so I guess it was ok just as long as I dont eat it all the time. Im just happy I get 2 days off from the gym yay!
