Kenpo was tonight!

I was looking forward to it all day! I got caught up doing some home stuff, then grocery shopping, then while putting away all the produce, I realized I had a bag of spinach there looking not so fresh.

So I decided to do a cream of spinach with it. And of course I've never made cream of spinach before, so it took me a while. Before I knew it it was 10:30 pm.

It didn't matter, I was already in my workout clothes so I just headed to my bed room to do kenpo. But I was feeling a bit tired so I rushed thru the warm up. Yeah...big mistake. Half way thru the workout my legs were cramping up. So I had to stop, because I was really hurting.

I stretched and it feels better now, but I don't think I'll finish the workout.

Tomorrow is a new day, and I promise I'll NEVER skip any warmup moves!

ps. I LOST 1 LB!! YEAHH!!! :D Just wanted to share that :D
