Today I'm ready.

I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. I want to go for it. I'm ready. I'm a bit sore from working out the past week or so with more gusto than normal (and actually working up a sweat, rather than just a lunchtime stroll).

I feel great! I want to start working really hard, but I'm also worried that if I start working it, pushing it and having fun :) I'm going to do what I always do and miss a workout or two, then the next thing you know I've quit and given up.

I want to, and I'm having fun and I like it- I will do it- I'm just mentally trying to prepare myself to tell my self, over and over, that it's ok not to be perfect. Its ok to have a tired day. Its ok to miss a workout because life got in the way.

    It's definitely good to take days off. You don't want to burn yourself out. I admit, when I take too many, it's hard to get back on track. For me though, all I need is one workout to get it going again.

    As long as you keep coming on here, you'll have someone to push you back into it if you ever fall off.
