Week 5 results

So I weigh-in this morning and I'm down 1/4lb. That makes a total of 4 lbs for the month of January so I really can't complain. I'm actually surprised I'm down at all. I've been so hungry the last couple of days. I'm trying to not eat the junk so I think that I need to open up my food choices. As for my measurements, I'm down 1 inch each on my waist and hips, 1/2 each inch on my gut and arms and 1/4 inch each on my thighs and calf.

I also know that I'm making progress because I finally broke down and purchased a pair of jeans that I could wear now. When I first purchased them, I had to use my belly band and keep then unbutton. Now I don't need the belly band. I was just sick for my maternity pants falling off of me all the time.

So on to another week and month. Plus I'm one month closer to getting back to the gym. I expect to see super results once that happens. DH are already talking about how we are going to work out who goes on what days and when.

Lillian has gotten out of her sleeping through the night the past couple of nights and I'm so exhausted emoticon so I'm sure that is playing into me being hungry all day. I know that when I'm sleep deprived weight loss is very hard. DH will have baby duty a lot this weekend so mommy can rest. But I think the only real way I can get some decent sleep is to check into a hotel for the night. I really can't sleep if I hear her crying. She does that a lot with her father :-) It's so sad. I guess she figures that mommy = food and daddy doesn't emoticon
