-I am grateful for leaving work relatively on time.
-I am grateful that my partner switched work to be home with me this evening.
-I am grateful for morning workouts too, even quick ones.
-I am grateful for listening to my body- even when it's what I don't want to hear.
-I am grateful for Friday.
-I am grateful for free speech.
-I am grateful for coffee.
