I am so excited for all the progress I have made in my weight loss journey!
I feel like I should write a letter to Dr. Ian his fat smash diet is so AMAZING!
I am following it to a T and I do not feel like I am dieting.. At first the fitness was an issue but now if I don't go to the gym and get at least 40 mins of cardio everyday I get cranky!
I would also like to give a shout-out to all of my friends on sparkpeople! You really kept me motivated to track, track, track, and also not let my thoughts get the best of me! You guys rock!
This whole process has really let me see a different side if who I am, I am exploring new culinary escapades as well as learning to love myself again! I am finally feeling normal again and it makes me feel so happy. I also never knew I could have so much support from my friends, I always felt like there was no hope and I was distended to be heavy forever. :*( It was also really nice to have the support from my finacee, he is really positive and helps me everyday!

Weight: 20lbs (5lbs each week)
Inches: 11! ALMOST A FOOT!
1. NO SODA FOR ONE MONTH!......I miss my Dr. Pepper
2. Planned and organized food for next day
3. Worked out (cardio) at least 5 times a week for a min. of 40 mins
4. Lose 15 lbs....I LOST 20LBS!
Shopping for a month is possible in one day!
Goals for next month!
1. Continue all of other goals
2. alternate crunches and leg lifts everyday!
3. Get a serious grip on strenght training!
