Good that you're able to question yourself before you take something to eat. However, try not to relate your eating habits to feelings (happy, in this case), but towards making yourself healthy. Take it from one with experience, relating "feelings" to food can lead to emotional eating. So, the next time you get ready to eat, ask yourself if this food is healthy and what you really need.
