I've been low on energy this week and can't figure out the problem. Because I haven't exercised every day I gained three quarters of a pound this week. That really doesn't help much on the motivation front since my main motivator for exercise is having more energy and seeing the numbers on the scale drop. I've been heavy into my program for going on 5 weeks, I hope I am not running out of steam this early in the game. I had been walking anywhere between 1.5 and 5mi a day but the weather here in central CA has been rainy. I also drank wine twice this week, I should really know better!!! I just need to stick to the rules I've set for myself and continue to press forward. Going to ski both Saturday and sunday, If I can stick to my food rules I should see a difference by next week.
