2: hopefully never to be seen again

I weighed myself tonight. I don't do it regularly, and I was quite hesitant. But it was in my favour. I dropped two pounds since my last weight check roughly two weeks ago. Not much-but it is encouraging. I have been trying to get more movement going. Just imagine what I could do, if my tendonitis wasn't plaguing me and keeping me from working out more vigorously! I guess slow and steady may win the race.
