So I wasn't feeling good ...

Thursday, January 28, 2010

and then I let everything go (briefly) out of whack. I did something that I have not done since re-committing to losing weight - I went through a fast food place. I ate what I ordered. And realized it did not taste that good. It was expensive. And had WAY TOO MANY CALORIES. It was a poor calorie value. I tracked everything, even risking letting my husband see what I had done because I KNEW I had to be accountable. After all, leaving it off wasn't going to un-eat it. So there it is, not feeling good and using it as an excuse, but getting over it. Back on the SPARK wagon.

Now all you have to do is remember that it did not taste good... and everything else and you should be able to stop yourself if you find yourself at a fast food place again.
