OMG- I'm DONE.

My husband and I were thinking about going out to dinner the other night, but we were both so tired that we gave up on the idea. So, last night, we felt a little better and decided to go out. I had about 800 calories to go before I hit my minimum, so I figured I would be fine. We actually wanted to go to a great italian place down the road, but there isn't any nutritional information available, and, let's face it... I love cream sauces. So I said that I was more in the mood for mexican food... but at Mexican food places, there are so many chips. Eventually, we decided to go to Arby's, because it's somewhat better than McD's or Wendy's. I planned what I was going to have before I got there, and no problem. Except that we got there, and... PROBLEM! Our local store doesn't have what I was planning on ordering (a roast chicken sandwich- not the bacon one, just plain old roast chicken). I was deciding between a chicken ranch sandwich (which didn't sound that good), and a roast beef sandwich (which rarely sounds good, but kinda did last night). I decided that I'd get the roast beef, because I figured that it would probably be about on par with the chicken ranch sandwich since I don't eat sauces. I also had enough calories to eat some mozzarella sticks (which I love), so I got those too.
OMG. After we got home and did some work for an hour, my stomach started to rebel. I have been sick since last night, and I'm still having symptoms this morning. This is the END. I will NEVER do that again! I don't have problems if I eat at Chipotle, so Chipotle it is for me (I don't know WHY I didn't think of that last night, because it would have solved the whole mexican food issue for me, too).
Once, Phill and I did the Body for Life diet, where you basically stick very strictly to a diet for6 days and then you can take day seven off and eat whatever you want. The theory is that, after eating well for a week, you'll feel MISERABLE when you eat crap all day on day seven. So you remember why you started to eat healthy. I haven't had fast food in nearly a month... and now I remember why I'm eating healthy. I also haven't felt like CRAP for a month, either. This is it. I'm DONE.
Oh, and btw? I'm down 10 pounds today! YAY for me!
