P90X Lean Wk 1 Day 3

Today I didn't work out. BUt I don't feel bad about it. I got home around 1 pm. And since I got home, I cleaned, cleaned, and cleaned some more. I only sat down for lunch, for dinner, and for banking i had to do. Probably like 20 mins each.

My back hurts, I am so tired. It's not the same cleaning a 2 bd apartment to a 4 bedroom house. Let me tell you....its QUITE a difference! And my home is all tile, so sweeping and mopping all the way thru!

Also did some laundry....(still not done, but that will be tomorrow).
So I will take today's cleaning as workout!

Tomorrow is yoga, but instead of yoga I'll be doing todays workout, strength training!

Good night everyone! snack, then heading straight to bed :D

    Congratulations on getting so much work done! WOW! I think there is something under cardio called heavy cleaning so you could track it under there. :) I am never sure what is considered heavy so I just divide how ever many hours I did in half and count it like that. :) Keep up the amazing work and keep on Sparking!
