Lost 3 pounds - 53 to go

Week 2 (14th Jan) weigh in Actual 182 Expecting 179
This week started back at the gym and not counting calories but filling in what I am eating after the week I will set a limit for each day
Gained 3 pounds - 56 to go

Week 3 (21st Jan) weigh in Actual 182 Expecting 177
Holding my own now - not lost but not gained going to the gym regularly and down to 2000 calories a day

Week 4 (28th Jan) weigh in Actual 178.6 Expecting 176
Down to 1900 calories a day, still going to the gym and stepping in front of the tv - Lost 3 pounds - 53 to go :-)

    Thanks, when I get it done this time round I'm not doing this again. I have to work out how to maintain properly this time.
