Today's Goals...Starting Off Slowly...

I quit smoking this week. For some reason this time it is really tough. Right now I want a smoke so bad I can hardly stand it. I know it will pass in a few minutes though and I'll be fine again..
Today's goals are:
Stay Smoke Free
Eat my 5 fruits and veggies
Drink all my water
Walk for 10 minutes.
Yesterday was rough...I tracked all my food up until about 8pm at which point I had a huge binge and ate a Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, some pringles, and chocolate chip waffles. I just could not get full at all to save my life and I wanted to smoke so badly I couldn't focus.
I'm not going to beat myself up though..I dind't go to the store and buy cigarettes and that is a huge victory. After I reach 72 hours smoke free the cravings will get better and I can better focus on my food intake.
