Some set backs

The weekend was not good. I was traveling and stressed so I didn't eat anything good and I didn't track my food for two days. I am trying to get back on track. I exercised yesterday and I started tracking my food again. I think part of the problem is that I am doing too many things at once and I worry about everyone else but myself. I really need to start telling myself and listening that my health and well being are the most important things. If I don't keep myself healthy then I am not able to help anyone else.

    I too struggle with doing too many things at once and am easily distracted from what I had planned to do. One of the things that has helped me is to set priorities and determine what is most important and when there is too much to handle, then I let the lesser things go. I found I needed to drop a few activities and become firm at saying no to new things until I got some areas caught up.

    Keep up the reinforcing self-talk. Over time it will make a difference! Wishing you well as you struggle to find balance!
