I got back on track January 2010. My weight is at 210 pounds. I have hit the gym hard. I have hit personal best in many areas (bench press, shoulder press...)
I have set a goal of running at least 100 miles a month for each month of 2010. I have ran 100 miles a month for each month since August. So far I've ran 92 miles in January.
Fitness is not a problem for me. I need to get my diet in order. I am eating about 3300 calories a day.
